Our Policy on Refunds
We are dedicated to offering outstanding customer service and upholding an open and equitable refund policy. Please carefully read the following terms.
Service Orders Completed
An order is considered fully delivered when it is marked as "Completed." We do not provide refunds for completed orders because our products are digital and cannot be undone.
Orders Cancelled or Partial
The value of the undelivered portion of an order will be automatically credited back to your panel balance if it cannot be delivered in full for any reason. This balance can be used for any other services you choose.
Deposits into Account Balances
Money deposited into your account balance through UPI, cards, PayPal, cryptocurrency, etc., is final and cannot be refunded to the original source of payment. The only purpose of your account balance is to make purchases of services on our platform.
Particular Situations
In rare circumstances, like a confirmed duplicate payment or a payment gateway technical issue, we might issue a refund. These are uncommon cases that must be reviewed and approved by management.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have any problems with your payments or services, we advise you to get in touch with our customer service. Your account will be immediately and permanently suspended, and any remaining balance will be forfeited, if you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank.

1. Paste Terms & Conditions under your main “Terms” page inside TheMainPanel.
2. Paste the Refund Policy either as a separate page or under “Payments & Refunds.”
3. Add a checkbox at signup: “I agree to the Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy.” (TheMainPanel supports this).
